All courses and digital products are delivered online through our website and learning management system.
2. Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the amount specified at checkout.
We accept major debit and credit cards as well as M-Pesa through Paystack’s payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Prices may change at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
3. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Access to your purchased course through our student dashboard
- A download link or access details for digital handbooks and e-books sent to your registered email address
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Civil Engineering Hub 001 is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address provided by the buyer.
Digital products are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping.
4. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we operate a limited refund policy.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same product
- You did not receive access to your purchased course or product within 24 hours of payment
- A technical error prevented you from accessing the content
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after accessing course materials
- Failure to meet the software or system requirements listed on the product page
- Partial completion of a course
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at civilengineeringhub01@gmail.com with your order details.
5. Course Access
Access to purchased courses is granted to the individual purchaser only. You may not share, transfer, or resell access to any course or digital product. Account sharing is not permitted.
Course materials are for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without written permission from Civil Engineering Hub 001.
Your course access remains active as long as the course is available on our platform. We will provide reasonable notice if a course is to be discontinued.
